Booking and cancellation
Reservations at City Flora Tiger Resort are confirmed once the advance payment has been received. Cancellation and refund terms depend on how far in advance the cancellation is made, and on the season in which the booking falls.

Safari permits
Jungle safari permits for Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve are issued by the forest department. Once a permit has been booked in a guest's name it is generally non-refundable and non-transferable, in line with forest department rules. Safari charges collected on your behalf are passed on to the department directly.
No-show
Guests who do not arrive on the booked date without prior intimation may be treated as a no-show, and the advance may not be refundable.
Early departure
If you choose to check out earlier than your booked departure date, the remaining nights may not be refundable.
